Term of Service

◇ By commissioning, you accept the following terms and conditions.◇
◆ General :
You must be over 18+ to commission NSFW from me
◇ Payment via Paypal invoice or friend.
◇ All products are digital only.
◇ Commission are for personal use only.
◇ Commission request can be declined.
◇ Commission can be canceled and refund at anytime by the artist.
◇ One request per transaction.
◇ Prepare at least 2 visual references alongside with a textual description with clear details on your request. No additional detail will be accepted after the payment. Refer to Revisions and Workflow.
◇ The client and the artist both agree to stay reachable during the process. Refer to Communication and termination.
◇ The client and the artist both agree to keep any sensitive or personal information private.
◇ The commission is by default going to be published on my socials. It can be private with no additional charge.
◇ If the commissioner intend to share the work on their socials, they have to tag me with my artist name Kitz. Refer to Rights.◆ Payment : Applies the moment I send you an invoice:
◇ I will charge you extra for complex details and will let you know in advance before sending you the invoice. e.g : Specific Cloth pattern, complex tattoos,,,
◇ Payment Via paypal only.
◇ Must pay in the accepted currency only, which is Euro ( € ).
◆ For total cost under 150 €, the full price must be paid upfront.

◆ For total cost over 150 €, payment will be partial : 50% upfront + and 50% to obtain the complete commission.
- Invoices
◇ Please pay within 7 days after receiving an invoice.
◇ Only the contacted client must pay. No third parties allowed in the transaction.
Refund Request : Applies for already paid amount only.
If the artist cancels, refund will be up to 100%.
Otherwise :
◇ 100% refund if I haven't started at all.
◇ 80% refund after the scketch phase.
◇ 50% refund after flat colors.
⚠️ No refund are accepted beyond these steps. ⚠️◆ Revision and Workflow :
◇ No custom deadlines accepted.
◇ Only 1 to 2 major revision will be accepted, free of extra charge. e.g : attires, objects, animals,,,
◇ No major revision after flat color.
◇ Minor revisions are free of charge. e.g : Line's color, eyes states, fingers, hand , mouth, tiny details ,,,
◇ I will provide WiPs at major points of the process via emails or discord. I will continue only after the client's approval for each steps.
WiPs will be delivered as photos of my screen and not the file itslef.
Steps :
◇ Base scketch / pose
◇ Detailed scketch
◇ Lineart and Flat colors.
◇ Rendering
◇ Background ( if there is one. )
◇ Post-editing
⚠️If I receive no answers after a month, Commission might be cancelled and only I will decide on the refund's % . Non negociable.⚠️◆ Communcation and termination :
◇ Stay reachable.
◇ Please respond within five days of receiving a mail or DM from me.
◇ I will send you 2 versions of the work, 1) Sized to 50% of original size with water mark 2) Original size.
◇ Work will be delivered with Google Document.
Size :
◇ 350 Dpi
◇ You can ask for a specific canva size between 1000 x 1000 px to 3000 x 3000 px, you have to ask in advance.
◇ For printing, I recommend at least 2000 px◆ Rights :
◇ The client is allowed to post the watermarked artwork on their social under the condition of tagging my artist's name.
◇ The client is not allowed to post the original sized artwork.
◇ The client can use the artwork for any personal purpose. e.g : Gifting to someone, printing in small amount ,,,
◇ I own the full rights to the artwork, even after payment.
◇ Do not claim the artwork as yours.
◇ I do not claim the property of the subject that I am commissioned to illustrate.
Do not use the artwork for commercial use :
► Merchandise of the commissioned work for sale or profit.
► Reselling the artwork.
► NFT
► Streaming assets.
◇ Minor editing are allowed as long as the artwork underneath stays clearly visible, recognizable and intact.
